I'm Emily Kopieczek and I own Edits by Emily.

I am a highly organised and detail-oriented editorial professional, with seven years' prior experience working in-house for educational publishers. I deliver copyediting, proofreading, editorial project management and digital reviewing services to publishers and creators of educational content.

 

I specialise in editing for English Language Teaching (ELT) courses. In addition to formal copyediting and proofreading training, I also hold the CELTA and APM PMQ qualifications.

I am an Advanced Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).

As of December 2020, I am working towards an MA in TESOL at the University of Birmingham.
